0700 - 0845 Registration and Breakfast Provided by Hilton
0845 - 1000 Opening Ceremonies and General Session for all attendees
1000 - 1300 Vendor area open and participant Networking
1130 - 1300 Lunch at the Hilton (Lunch provided to all attendees)
1300 - 1700 Breakout Sessions
Pipes and Drums -
1300 - 1630
Pipers will be with Pipe Major Don Shannon and Staff
Honor Guard Commanders will be in an Open Forum meeting. Topics Include
Retention and Recruiting Members
Next Years Symposium Opening
New Ideas
Team Members will be with the National Honor Guard Academy Staff working on march and drill movements
1730 Shuttles begin transporting attendees to Old Town Event
1800 Food Service Begins. Dinner is provided to all attendees.
First performance at 1900
For those needing shuttle service to Old Town Lewisville we will begin at 1730 and run throughout the evening until 0200am.
