This year marks our 5th anniversary for Keeping Tradition Alive. We have come along way in the past 5 years and we have you to thank. Your attendance and participation has made this event the best in the Country. This year will be no different. Registration is open so you can get that done as soon as possible.

Last year we had record numbers for Pipes and Drums and we were at capacity. This year we are lowering the overall number to 300. What this means is that the possibility exists that we will meet our capacity for Pipers and Drummers. Do not wait to send in your registration.

Once registration is complete I do not have a mechanism to offer refunds if you cant make it. You can apply your registration to another person or I will carry it over to next year.

If we are picking you up from the airport we will send you a text message telling you what vehicle to look for and where we will be located. In most cases we will be parked curbside outside the respective baggage claim assigned to your flight.

Dress for this event is simple. Whatever makes you most comfortable. Sessions at the hotel are casual with most wearing T-shirts and shorts. Thursday and Friday evenings most wear kilts and T-shirts. Again whatever makes you comfortable.

Attendees are permitted to sell shirts, coins etc on Friday only.

Room rates will be $99 per night for a King and $105 per night for 2 queens.
If you make reservations via the phone please use the code: KT2012. The date range for these room rates extends outside the actual event. If booking online make sure to check the dates carefully!

We will have early registration May 9, 2012 from 1-7pm.

We will have an organized pub crawl Friday night. Locations to be determined:
